What should I bring to my closing?
A valid non-expired, government-issued identification, i.e. your current Driver’s License or passport.
What type of payment do you accept?
If you need to bring funds to closing, the funds must be in the form of a wire. You can request this from your bank prior to closing.
What do I need to bring if my name has changed?
Documents to support any name change or variation from your name on the title. This may include your marriage license.
Who must be present at my closing?
Everyone making the purchase whose name is on the title must be present at the closing.
What else should I know?
A witness to be present who is over 18 and not related to you, if you are remote signing.
